Carter played 545 of Minnesota’s 797 defensive snaps last season and had a below-average grade of 62.6, according to Pro Football Focus.Carter, who has two years of eligibly remaining, played 30 total games for Minnesota. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - After months of restoration efforts, Missouri’s oldest African-American one-room schoolhouse is set to reopen to visitors this weekend. African Schoolhouse #4 is the only known surviving log African-American school in St. LouisCounty. It stands at the Faust Park Historic Village in Chesterfield.
